Small Group Training

Our small group training is perfect for 2–8 athletes who want the benefits of a personalized program—without losing the energy and motivation of training with others. Each athlete receives a customized plan tailored to their specific goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.While every athlete follows their own individualized program, a certified coach leads the entire group, offering guidance, corrections, and motivation throughout the session. Remote Programming
We offer online programming for athletes who are confident training independently but want expert guidance. Programs are delivered through the CoachRX app, which includes demo videos, a performance tracking system, and a chat function to stay connected with your coach.
